I am from Texas, and my real name is 'gender neutral', but most associate it with females (yet everyone else I've ever met with the same name is male). I know guys with girl's names like Lynn, Stacy, Tracy, LeAnn, Robin, and Regina. Parents may not think about the torment some kids get for their names, but in reality, even the most normal-named kids also get picked on. I say embrace your unique name, and embrace the change. [and yes, I am from Texas myself].
Just go by Lilly
Say your name is lily! :)
I like that name :) and lots of people have to explain their names. whenever i have to go up north I explain over and over again that yes, there is a hyphen in my name and it all counts as one name :)

Can't you just go by 'Lily' instead?
Maybe you'll find your frog prince there.
