Get two cakes. A wedding cake (her chocolate) and a groom's cake (whatever you want). It's common nowadays... A friend of mine who got married and is allergic to chocolate had a giant Rice Krispie square for his groom's cake. And it was delicious. Although, if she's calling off the wedding over something so petty, it may have been a good thing you learned this about her NOW, instead of after the wedding.
