Today, my friends and me had a little water balloon fight and somehow it led to throwing water balloons at cars. We all decided to hit a car all at once, after one came by we all hit it. The car stopped and started flashing bright blue lights. We ended up hitting an off-duty police car. FML

Why on earth would you throw projectiles at other people's moving vehicles? That's a dangerous and dickish thing to do. You utter, utter idiots. I hope you get a conviction that you have to explain to any future employers. #2 I don't know about whichever country this happened in, but if it were in mine I'm sure some kind of assault law, or vandalism, or SOMETHING that covers causing a danger on the roads, would cover it, if there isn't a direct "throwing projectiles at traffic" law.

"when your a kid you don't think about consequences." That's simply not true. I thought about the consequences of my actions when I was a kid. I'm sure you did too. All you're trying to do is make a lame excuse for being thoughtless and stupid; "I'm just a kid".

The only consequences I knew of at that age were if I do something really naughty then I am going to get a smack and say, if I put my hand in fire then it's going to get burnt. But when your that young and carefree and get caught up in the excitement of a game you don't stop to think about anything other than the here and now. So try again dumbass.

But when I was 8 or 9 I probably wouldn't have come onto a website and publicly bragged about doing something stupid, even if I were capable of doing it. Do you honestly think the OP is 8 or 9 years old? Because any older than that, and I WOULD expect responsibility for your own actions. Oh, and on a personal note, if the only consequences for being bad you knew of when you were 9 were getting a smack...and you really had no concept whatsoever of other people being harmed or upset by what you might do...then you either had woefully bad parents, or you were ignorant of other people's feelings and thoughts to the point of autism. At age nine you should have a sense of "I won't punch Mary in the face because Mary won't like it", not just "I'll get punished if I do."
