Dumping a girlfriend who cheated on you and got pregnant is far from being the path of an asshole. It's the path of a sensible man. There is NO good reason why he should be responsible for that child. He has no more reason the take responsiblity for the kid than you or I do. Dating a woman doesn't mean you are responsible for her choices. It's her kid, it has nothing to do with him. Obviously, the girl doesn't share the same values as he does. And she doesn't respect him either. He should be glad that her true colours came out before he put a ring on her and shackled himself to a lying bitch.
