I know I'm not going to be able to change anyone's mind about WoW, or gamers in general, buy why do so many people think that A) anyone who games is a loser with no social life, and B) that no girls play games (or if they do, they're fat and/or ugly? I run a game center where people come to hang out and play games together. Gaming is a social activity for most people (gasp!). We see people making new friends all the time due to shared interests. Contrary to what non-gamers would like to believe, most of our customers do things other than play games. They go to school, have jobs, go to parties, watch football, etc. None (that I know of) live in their mother's basement. Also, in a state with a 30% obesity rate, almost all of our customers are skinny.
