It's not that hard to fix. Shit anyone can fix a broken iPhone screen. Just buy one on eBay n once it comes in just change it, it doesn't take more than 10 seconds :/

all of u guys who are commenting that the person deserves this are kinda assholes. i understand that if your school has a policy against cell phones than dont have it out but the teachers should still be responsible when they confiscate them. i mean its kinda the same principle as breaking any rule, sure to you a cell phone that cost $500 in retail may not seem like such a big deal to break since there are so many quick fixes, but it really just has to do with respect. two wrongs dont make a right. i'm sure it was an accident on the teachers end, but honestly she should pay to get it fixed. think about it, while many of you may not have had ur cell phones out in school, it doesnt mean u completely obey every rule in life. im sure some of you prolly parked somewhere where you werent suppose to and your car got towed. now ydi for parking there but would u still think ydi if they damaged something on your car while they towed it? or while it was sitting in the lot? no u'd prolly be pissed and expect them to pay. same thing here...treat others the way you want to be treated. if u break it, be responsible and accept the consequences. i hope the teacher gives you money for a new screen. just dont have your phone out anymore. :)

Maybe, just maybe, to all those out there saying it's fine to have phones out DURING class, that may be why our education system is failing the children in it and they are coming out dumber every year. Just look at the vast number of English 101 failures posting on this site alone before you even CONSIDER arguing with me. Put the damn phone away and pay attention, because I have to tell you, society is tired of stupid, illiterate, mouthy, spoiled brats. It's actually getting to the point that I'm wondering where we've failed; the lack of discipline in schools, or the lack of real parents at home. And BTW #191, your friend AND the teacher are idiots. The police don't give a damn about some dumb kid having a phone out that they shouldn't, and the kid should have been fined HAD he made that move for wasting the police's time on something so stupid. I know had he called 911 he WOULD have.

Come on, we all know everyone plays with their phone in class so no one should be saying "shouldn't have been playing with your phone." she needs to pay for it. That's your property.
