Droid would've survived that fall
She should pay for that.
actually defined by law, it's a persons duty to take mis doings to court if the amount is over $20. so as much as I don't agree with goon to court over an iPhone, law states you could.
Teacher should be paying for an IPhone.
How do you guys do that!?! I drop my iPhone almost everyday and nothing has happened yet. I dont want it to happen but HOW?
Well, You Deserved It for playing with your iPhone during a lesson, don't complain about it.
Uh, no. Whether accidental or intentional the teacher had possession of the phone at the time damage occured. It's the teacher's fault. If you let your friend hold your phone to look at something and they dropped it by accident? They're responsible for the damage.
make her pay for it!!
Sue her. It'll probably work.

Make sure she pays for that
You probably could make her pay for it. Sure you weren't supposed to be using it in class, but that deserved confiscating, not BREAKING. (Also don't they have cases and stuff that you can get so that kind of shit doesn't happen? Otter box or something?)
