Did it work? But in all seriousness tell him to sign the house and all his assets over to you. Kick him out and then tell him all the money sure helped in getting over his indiscretion so much so that you have forgotten who he is. Kick his ass to the curb preferably with a steel boot.

everyone is posting she should take half his money in divorce. not every state gives the woman half. some states the parties get very minimal alimony and don't get the house either. she needs to do what is best for her.
