I learned about dominating genes in science class using the "peas in the pod" experiment. Lol I also read a funny little article about how people with light eyes tend to marry and bred with one another because subconsciously they want to carry on that recessive gene trait. I have now noticed many blue/green eyed couple with one another. (:
