I feel for you OP. My mum always took my door off, the problem was that I wouldn't even know why she would take the door and not something more valuable. Many a time I thought about taking her bedroom door off and holding it for ransom.
if they took your stuff how'd you write this FML
It's called a desktop computer.
...Ok, it was pretty humorous reading the first comment similar to this, but a second one? *Facepalm*
********** when they're home
It's the worst punishment. When I was little, I pitched a fit anytime my parents removed my door.
at least you have a door. my parents dont even trust me with a ******* door. so i have to deal with my whole family walk to the bathroom while im getting dressed. and my little brother hits on me too. its nasty.
#72 - She's Saying That She Doesn't Have A Door At All .
71: that's gross af. your own brother hitting on you?... that's a problem.
That is really disgusting and you should talk to your parents about that. They need to sit down with your brother and explain how wrong that is. If you have no door at all though, and you know your family always walks past your room, why wouldnt you just get changed in the washroom?
100 - Depending on how large the family is and how much time everyone takes, that may not be an option.
youre ferral
Yes it is...just wait by the door for someone to come out and go in with your clothes. I grew up with a family of 7, with one washroom. When I was younger I had to share a room so I always got changed in the washroom because I hated worrying that someone could come just come in at any time. Even though there could only be one washroom, theres no way she never has a chance to use it. She could get changed in there when she has a shower, or when she wakes up and uses the bathroom the first time in the morning. It's not like she doesn't have any chance, she just doesn't seem to take it which is what I don't understand. If you had a creepy brother who hit on you when you got changed would you keep changing in your room, or find any way to change behind a closed door?
161 - I grew up with a family of seven as well and shared a room with my younger sister. While we had two bathrooms rather than one, there was still never any time to do anything in the bathroom. Everything I did in the morning had to be done in my room; if OP's situation is like mine, without a door it would be hard to get everything done in private. I resorted to showering in the evening because I could never get one in before school or whatever else I had to do in the morning. She could go into another family member's room, (that has a door) to change, but there are still problems that can arise with that. I usually waited for my sister to leave the room and got changed quickly, or I got changed under the covers if I really had to.
based on how fat u are in that pic I highly doubt ur brother is hitting on u
183 - Buddy, just because someone may have a few pounds to lose doesn't mean they're unattractive. Everyone has different tastes; that's her brother's prerogative if he wants to lust after his sister.
ok ok but a lot of girls like er lack attention and say things like that to get it
and she has a little more than a few extra pounds
that's because vertigo is caused by stress.
Once my parents gave me this exact punishment when I was 11, because I hung up on my mom.
wow, what the ******* ****?
