I agree with #40. Regardless of whether he is 30 and is still living with them or is just staying their temporarily as a guest, if he's in his parents house he should be respectful and not come in at 1 in the morning so they can't sleep. If he can't live with their rules and demand then yeah, he should find a new place to stay.

Because it makes no sense if the guy wasn't living at home and his parents scolded him, they would know that he is an adult and can take care of himself. Think about it for a moment, the only way this happens is if he is actually living at home.
