Never enter a scene if you aren't sure if it is secure or not! just because the dispatch goes out for someone feeling dizzy does NOT mean that that's even what it's for! never do it again. Even as a "rescue squad" you should know these basic principles of emergency medical services. ...i hope you learned from this experience.

See, as an EMT, I think you TOTALLY deserved that one. THIS IS WHY YOU ALWAYS CALL PD! They're much better at breaking shit down -- plus that way they get in trouble and not you :-) but I can't say that I haven't had similar stories -- patients are sometimes not too bright

Its ok you were just trying to do the right thing. I myself have knocked over plants and broken picture frames while in patient houses.
