Today, my wife took herself, the kids, and extended family members I've never even heard of to New York. She paid the 7,000$ bill with my credit card. FML

I sense that someone is about to get seperate bank accounts and not let anyone have access to their plastic anymore...... At least thats what I would do... After the bitch pays you back for everyone (maybe with the exception of your children)

kids or not she went without him, pay up the entire bill and leave the bitch. thats theft

It's your wife. How is this any different than any other day? YDI for getting married to her, YDI for just rolling over and bitching about here instead of taking care of the situation.

#14 is the only one that made any sense. She's your ******* wife... its both your money

It's both your money when it's $20, $50, even a couple hundred dollars. $7000? Something tells me she doesn't even have a job, too. (And this is coming from a girl.)

Yeah I agree with you guys, but still, she could have at least told him she's going, taken him with her or something? Right?

If he went with them or if she had even bothered to tell him "hey guess what?" BEFORE they all left, he probably would have hooked them up. This "presumed consent" bullshit is a large part of why so many divorces and fights break out. You fail.

divorse her **** ass and leave her nothing

The question is, is she coming back? Might have to file kidnapping charges if you ever want to see your kids again...

I meant that he asked for it, she was going to get him back before leaving him.

ontop of divorcing her phone the credit card company and report it stolen... the charges are reversed and you get your money back, and she'll be screwed for fraud

Ugh, Honestly, what a bitch. (unless you;re abusive or something, then, **** you.)

Wow. What a stupid comment. Where did that come from? My husband abuses me so I'lll.... RACK UP A HUGE CREDIT BILL!

I agree. This is your wife. What's yours is hers and vice versa. However, $7,000 for a trip to New York sounds pretty cheap for the number of people involved and the distance traveled.

Not necessarily. Maybe they live close to New York and are driving. And the wife took $7,000 for gas, tolls, and various things to do in New York? It can get pretty pricey touring and shopping and what not

um, it's your WIFE. If you're really that concerned about her having access to "your" money (which is what this seems to be about) you should not give her "your" credit card. This sounds like a case of "shut up, you baby" syndrome. You married her, I don't see what the problem is that she paid with "your" money.

What a cow lol ... at least ask first! Guess you know next time not to let her know where you keep the CC.
