I am sorry to hear that, but you will find someone else who will love more.
am I the only one that thinks this is stupid? she's 21, been years with "the love of her life" please you got so much growing to do
Agree. She's only 21, absolutely ridiculous to move across the country and marry anyone at that age. YDI
Boaf, it all depends on how serious the relationship was and how long it lasted. For example, if OP got in a relationship when she was about 15 years old, she has spend 5 years in that relationship. If this is the case, I can easily understand why she talks about the love of her life, living together, marriage...5 years is a long time. The house-and marriagepart would even make more sense if it was a long distance relationship. But, even if I am totally wrong, nobody likes a break-up with the partner they expected to be with forever. So FYL, OP.
I just went through the whole giving up almost everything for a guy I thought loved me and was willing to do the same for me just to find out he still has feelings for his ex and cheated on me with her. all I have to say is hang out with your friends and keep your self busy it helps and know you lived before him you can live without him. best wishes and hope all goes well! the hurting will all go away soon enough and you wont even realize it.
well at least you can buy a ton of booze to forget all of that
with cats.

I'm sure your relative regretted asking you this and wished they had just asked the real question they wanted to pose in the first place: "Would you please pass the potato salad?" Single at 21? BFD! You've got about 14 good years to find a good man. If you want kids, you should get a bit panicky at around age 35 and then settle for any douchebag that can produce viable sperm.
thats sad :( but obviously wasn't meant to be! you'll find someone else! :) look at the bright side of things..
