I'm hope he's now your EX-Boyfriend.
Why mope about it? Your in a vacation! Take advantage of it. Meet a local, hook up and make a memory of it! If your bf is too obsess with his ex then he'll miss out on it.
Maybe there's a reason from the ex-girfriend's part that they're ex-es, if she's the one who dumped him; he, on the other hand, might still feel that they should have been together. I'm so sorry OP, stuff like that hurts like hell. You should talk to him about it, but that in itself won't solve anything. He'll probably deny having feelings for her; he probably doesn't admit it to himself. Or he'll admit having feelings for her, state that he always will on some level, yet assure you that he's in love with you. He may very well think you're amazing, but just not be in an emotional state where he can start a new healthy relationship. It's harsh, but I think this relationship will just continue to hurt you. If I were you, I would pull back before I got even more emotionally involved. You'll get through it!
Sounds like he's not over her, then.
Lol so ****** funny! Thats a good1

You should have grabbed him and given him a memory better than anything he could have done with her. Problem solved.
Tell him to give up. Seriously.... There is a reason they're exes.
