Not abnormal. I've had some friends with fairly bad problems with it- but they wouldn't take care of it, even though they hated the teasing and comments. Shave, wax, pluck or bleach it- whatever works best for you. No one need know. ;)

Don't shave it or wax it... bleach it, there are some bleaching kits in the sally hansen store i think.
