that's a big red flag, period.
Monthly what?
unless shes a civil lawyer. not all lawyers are for criminal cases
The bar was given last month. And most states only allow a gallon size ziplock to hold pens, pencils, and personal items. No paper, no phones, no secret tampon case. Testing conditions are pretty strict.
Excuse me. has this person ever hear of pockets.
You must empty your pockets before entering the exam area. All items must be approved and in a clear plastic bag.
OP - I am in law school and had this same fear. I finally gave in and bought a diva cup for this specific reason (law school finals & upcoming bar). BUY IT ASAP. Will save you time and possible embarrassment. And to those who said people taking the bar shouldn't be that immature -- they are. They're human. And to the comments about changing your tampon as soon as you're done? Some of us don't have the luxury to go that long between, even with highest absorbency. Personally, I would have to excuse myself a minimum of twice during the exam just to prevent mortifying myself. You have my sympathies OP
relax. you wont be the only woman in the room with this problem. noone is going to care. periods happen to billions of women every day.
I say you walk in there with the clear bag and own it
unlucky
You can put both a pad and a tampon, so that when you go and remove the tampon, you don't have to put something new. I used to do that when babysitting, it takes much less time, too. ;)

It happens. Don't let it distract you from doing well on the BAR.
It's still embarrassing. I'm sure you wouldn't want someone to know you were on your period. Although it isn't new, it's still a personal matter.
