IMO what she's doing is not only really manipulative but also both borderline abusive, emotionally and psychologically. Frankly if her actions caused you to write about it here as a means to express yourself, then that's a problem.

Sex isn't some privilege that she can just take away at will as a form of incentive or punishment, it is suppose to be a mutually enjoyable element of the relationship that satisfies both partners. I wouldn't tolerate that BS. I'm not saying break up with her, I'm saying that you should convey to her that its unacceptable for her to behave that way. In contrast, diet and workouts couldn't hurt. IMHO, both partners have a certain level of obligation to be sexually appealing to one another. Don't do it JUST for her though, it should be for you primarily, and her secondarily.
