Today, I broke up with my boyfriend whom I love dearly because he doesn't share his feelings and won't commit. Yesterday, he wrote me a long love letter telling me he wanted to marry me. One of my kids had shoved it under my printer and I didn't find it until after he had moved out. FML

some ppl really just suck at vocal expression my mum always writes letters to me when she wants to apologize for something big or whatever it gets really annoying but I've learnt to put up with it. I think she just finds it immensely difficult to tell me straight out, for some reason *shrugz*

Having children in a previous relationship (possibly marriage) doesn't make her a *****. You can love someone and think they are who you will be with indefinitely and then it falls apart years later. There's no way of knowing.
