I would def. sue !!!!!!
Well the question is were you actually sexually harassed, I hate to be the dick to point it out, but if you weren't then you were wasting company time. If ya were fyl and go after those tools
If that's not grounds for a lawsuit, I don't know what is, OP!
honestly, if you just tell them that that is a violation of employee rights and is a wrongful dismissal. There are lots of places that exist to protect employees from employers like this, you don't necessarily have to sue (not everyone has the money) but contact one of these services and they can help out and point you in the right direction.
Time to get a lawyer.
Lawsuit!!
YDI. the vast majority of sexual harassment claims are indeed a major waste off time. These days, acadentily bumping into someone is considered rape. I can only gues you are a feminist.
Sounds like they fired you when they found out you might cast suspicion on the companies ethical practice. Fortunately you're now in a position to REALLY cast suspicion without losing your job. Show them what a big mistake they made! Nobody should have to put up with sexual harassment!

This is definitely grounds for a lawsuit. Wow.
Fight it, OP.
