Call the eeoc, sounds like they fired you because they didn't want to deal with the sexual harassment. This is not only illegal because they aren't dealing with the issue, but also discrimination. Fight this! You'll definitely end up with a handsome settlement and make sure this won't happen to any of their future employees
Also the fact that they fired you for reporting it is called retaliation which is also highly illegal and the federal government doesn't look too kindly Upon this! Eeoc.gov, good luck!
Well you should be able to get back in...if not no claims will happen and you should get a better job...but seriously claims are actually very important..,
Try on a new suit- LAW SUIT and fight the assholes.
If a company risked a lawsuit saying your claim was a waste of time, chances are that it definitely was. Being grabbed/touched or anything along those lines is sexual harassment. If it's just something somebody said to you then you're just wasting time and deserved to be fired. Also if you have no proof you were harassed then you can't sue.

They aren't allowed to fire you because you are filing sexual harassment. Report them to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They can get in serious trouble for that.
you need to report that. it's not legal

This is definitely grounds for a lawsuit. Wow.
Fight it, OP.
