You should definitely file a suit against them! There's no way they can legally fire you for filing a sexual harassment claim!
Smells like a lawsuit for wrongful termination to me. Pretty foolish of them to try to get you right after you filed a SH claim. Courts love that type of coincidence. Take them for everything you can get!
You were suspended while management investigated your sexual harassment claim? Suspension is an unusual action for a company to take if you were the one being harassed, especially since it's discriminatory and unlawful. I suspect there's more to this story.
sue them !
Whistle blower law!! Look it up!!
Depends on the grounds of the complaint. But arbitration can figure that out.
You should fight it. The same thing happened to me. It was clear that no one investigated. They just looked for any excuse to not deal with it. Had I not received a much better job offer before they made their decision, I would have sued my firm, the contract employee, the contract employee's firm, and a European nation.
I feel a lawsuit coming on...thats bs OP.
Sounds like you have a decent chance at a law suit. Try a consultation with a lawyer. The company will probably at least settle to make it go away. Good luck

This is definitely grounds for a lawsuit. Wow.
Fight it, OP.
