Today, I sang "Happy Birthday" to my best friend. Sadly, it was while waitressing at work, where they were having a celebration I hadn't been invited to in the first place. FML

there is a difference between friend and best friend though. when most people have a best friend, they'd do their best to include them in birthday plans because that is someone special in their life.
