I think you stated it a little too simple. If they still can have good sex (there is indeed more than a penis that can provide sexual pleasure) and she doesn't bother it too much, it won't be a problem. But if she needs 'real' penetration (the penis-in-vajayay one) to become satisfied, they've got a huge problem, no matter how much they love each other. Sex isn't everything, but bad sex can ruin a lot. I really love my boyfriend, but I absolutely care how big his dick is. Let us just hope for OP that his girlfriend can find pleasure in other ways.
