Maybe you guys could try and not lie in the first place. Lying or manipulating anyone, even women, is nothing to be so proud of. OP, you're better off without him. Guys like him, who can't even admit it if they've been so obviously caught, don't deserve someone like you.

The challenge isn't making the lie seem like the truth, it's the other way around. If you joke around with her on a regular basis about stuff like "cheating", eventually, it'll get to the point where you really are admitting to cheating, but she'll think you're joking.
