First, agree to take the money but don't agree to move home. Second, use the money to rent the closest apartment or house next to his. Third, get some hunk to rail you on a regular, when you know he is home (pay the hunk if you have to) and be loud about it. Are you a screamer? If he is going to pay you at least make sure you have some fun with it, and make sure he knows you are having fun with it also.

He's an ass. So it's kind of a win. You can go find someone else that's many times better than him. And you get an easy 1000 bucks. :)
