Not sure if YDI or not... Did you actually tell your husband that you bought that food specifically for you, or was he supposed to read your mind and know that food in the house and fridge that you share is off limits? He can't read your mind just because you're pregnant.
My husband did the same thing to me I'm 16 weeks, and crave sweet things so I had some sweet snacks along with my fruits and hubby ate them all. I kicked him in the shin and made him go buy me more. Lol
Just coz you are pregnant, doesn't mean that kicking him is acceptable. If a man kicked a woman in the shin everyone would be up in arms...
I agree, 41. I'd like to say what I think of you, 39, but I'd likely get moderated.
hey, 39 can't help it, she's hormonal & has cravings, so yes she NEEDS her fix. plus a kick in the shin is NOTHING compared to giving birth.
I don't see how the pain of childbirth and pregnancy cravings are relevant to the matter of domestic violence. I've been kicked in the shin and it hurts like hell. The fact that childbirth hurts more doesn't make getting kicked in the shin any less painful.
this is of course everyone assuming that she ACTUALLY kicked him in the shins. That simply could have just been a joke for the post. If not, we can't assume it was done with intent to hurt him, if my sister gets annoyed she pulls the hair of whoever annoys her, but only with our siblings of course. but she doesn't do it to hurt us, it's majorly playful. We can't pass judgement without the full story, especially when what we have is the size of a tweet.
does he need a deep fried baby seal with that? (orca)
WTF?
I've never been pregnant so I wouldn't know how this feels but couldn't you just go buy more?
There are very few things worse than having an intense pregnancy craving and finding out someone ate it.
Read "severe morning sickness". Besides, she just got the food. He should go out and get more.
What a jerk. Ginger (raw, if you can stand it), candied, even ginger ale is good to settle your tummy. Long enough to write a lust for your asshole husband to get off his fat ass and go rebuy the yummy snacks. He can eat TV dinners from now on. Idiot.
now its not nice to name call
Did you put your name on the yummy snacks? Well then how can you blame him? Snacks are delicious, you can't expect him to just pass them by! Sorry OP!
I'm sure she wouldn't have cared if he had nibbled on the snacks or maybe eaten one or two. He didn't have to eat everything all in one day. He probably shouldn't just assume that his pregnant wife went out and bought excessive amounts of junk food just for him to enjoy. He could have saved some for her at the very least.
At 2AM send him out to the market to pick up some pistachios, French vanilla ice cream, caramel, apple juice & whatever else. Why do you women do this to us? Why?! Actually, that sounds good right now doesn't it?
you must have kids lol I remember those nights

And that is when you beat his ass.. Don't mess with a pregnant lady's food!
Make him buy you more. He's not the one carrying a baby that needs to eat as well.
