Today, I went to my girlfriend's house to play Twister. Her parents watched us the whole time, making sure we didn't touch. FML

Twister requires you to get tangled up together...whether they like it or not you're gonna end up touching each other.

It's not just twister, mister. Don't you know? Twister is the gateway drug to a lifetime of reckless sexual abandon. You may even be be the product of a game of sexy twister! Evil board games, corrupting our youths. What is the world coming to?!

how is this an FML exactly? So what? Go somewhere else then.

At least her parents didn't want to play a long right? I'm trying real hard for a silver lining here...

What the hell? This sounds hawt, but the mom and dad ruined it. Why play twister then? I would freak out because it would make me feel uncomfortable being watched by people who don't approve of sexual contact.

Just play a clean game of twister and once the parents aren't around, they can play whatever naughty version they want while OP's parents keep the image of their little virginal daughter.

Oh right 47, I almost forgot twister has to be sexual whenever you play.

God damn it! I played twister With my family the other night! I was wondering why my mother was getting frisky...oh wait, that shit doesn't happen -.-

When I played twister with my siblings it never got sexual. We must have been doing it wrong..

You can make up for it later in private ;)

And I like your enthusiasm! Lol

Trains are cool, but I'm gonna have to go with turtles too.

#73- Mine turtles are turtles from the YouTubers who brought us trains. This is common knowledge

Why did you waste spot number 4. It could've been a better comment that made us laugh.

Totally random thing to say right here; I love your profile picture xD

What about Monopoly? Wait. Is it a gateway to stealing, and a lifetime in jail? I'm freaking out!

Haha u watch wayyyy to much shows. It's just twister :)

Don't worry, 66. There's always the 'get out of jail free' card!

Haha sexy twister.. I can see it now " must be played naked".....

How the hell CAN you play Twister without touching? I give you props if you pulled that off because that's pretty awesome!

Op should of just kept purposely falling on his girlfriend

If your girlfriend is young enough to live at home, she's probably young enough where supervised dates are a good idea. If she's older and living at home because of the economey, fyl.

Lots of people live at home until well into their twenties...but you don't need supervision when you're 17 even though you're young enough to live at home. Your argument is flawed. That said, if the whole reason OP went to his girlfriend's house was to play Twister, then yeah, they're probably too young for any of that.

Did anyone else notice a spelling error? Haha I'm not much of a grammar nazi, but oh what the hell. *economy

I've never had supervised dates. My mother just trusted me and and trusted that she raised me right. I have never done anything she would disapprove of. Not all teenagers need to be supervised

59- same here. My mom trusted me enough and I told her pretty much everything I did anyway. Like, when I got drunk, she'd know. Partly because of my hangover the next day and partly because she even went with us a couple times and got drunk right along with me and my friends.

Sorry for the spelling error, I'm on my phone and I didn't realize I put that E in there.

It depends on the parent, honestly. My friends parents always sent her brothers to supervise, even when she was 20. sometimes it's more about not trusting the boyfriend or girlfriend more than not trusting the child.

Wtf? By the age of 18 I'd say it's a pretty big "no-no" to have supervised dates. Personally I think by 15 or maybe a little younger they can go on some dates unsupervised. Your friend needs to get tf out of her parents house

59- Most do. Most parents go on the hope they taught their children well and do their own thing. Hence the drug addicted kids, pregnant teens, etc. If they were old enough to be unsupervised then they should find a way to move out. Their house, their rules. Like it or not.

You can have your opinion, that's okay. With my experience, it's always better for the parent to teach their children right, and then let them go on their own. The kids who go out to do drugs are, in my experience, the ones with the parents who completely don't care about them and repeatedly kick their children out of the house or the parents who overly shelter their children. My sister, my boyfriend, her boyfriend, and I all live with our parents, but honestly could live on our own. We all go to school and have paying jobs. However, the only reason we stay at home as long as possible, is because it's better economically (and I don't want to leave my mommy and daddy right now! D:) I honestly believe that if the parents taught the child correctly from the beginning, then they don't have anything to worry about when they're older. None of my siblings, my boyfriend, and I do any drugs nor have unprotected sex, or have had children yet, and my older sister is 22. Of course, there are still children who will rebel against their parents or just do stupid things; that's not going away.

What a boring and awkward game of twister that must have been. No falling allowed either, I suppose.

Sorry about her parents OP, but wow, you're still playing Twister at what age? And here's a solution, just go somewhere else! Hang out not at her parents house, how about your house??

Hey, twister is awesome! I'm 23 and I'd still play if I got the chance :D
