Today, like every day since I was born, my name is Yarenis, pronounced "ja-ra-nees". For some reason, everybody pronounces it "your anus". FML

Your parents are evil and I don't think there is anyway anyone else would no to pronounce the "Y" as a "J". Looking at your name that is exactly how I would pronounce it as well...

I grew up with a foreign language, so it took me a second to see how they would mispronounce it! My brothers name is Namejs. Pronounced num-ace
