Baby love

By bushy brows - 04/01/2016 23:13 - United States - Prior Lake

Today, I recently gave birth to my daughter, and my husband and I both have dark hair and bushy eyebrows. We never thought it was a problem until our daughter was born with a dark, bushy unibrow. Now I'm too nervous to take pictures of her 'cause our family and friends laugh every time they see her. FML

I really want to say FYL but if you already can't accept your daughter for who she is then FHL & YDI. Friends and family who laugh at a baby for something she can't help are asshats.

People opinions are the least thing you should care about. Congrats on your beautiful daughter.

Its pretty sad that all they see is a monobrow. You have a gorgeous wee girl, take all the photos you want :)

How would you know if they have a beautiful girl? Some babies are ugly..

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and **** everyone else.

after babies are just born some of the hair falls out. it takes a couple of weeks my nieces were also very hairy and also had a uni brow it went away don't worry

yes let's shave infants to comfort to society's impossible beauty standards. what next let's put eyeliner as well?

While I don't condone doing it to a baby shaving a unibrow is far from what I would call "society's impossible beauty standards".

Tbh I'd giggle too. Then I'd point out that when her face starts growing her eyebrows might/should separate. That's what happened with me and my siblings :) plus if it's still there when she's older and it bugs her there are super easy ways to get rid of it.

No baby was ever born with fleek eyebrows so don't think much of it! Instead celebrate the arrival of the new member and love her for who she is from day 1♡

As a parent I cut a lot of people out of my life before he was born. Screw anyone who disrespectful your child. Also a lot of newborns are extra hairy. I think I had a unibrow and my son has a fuzzy forehead and back. The hair goes away and no one really paid attention.

Don't let people's opinions ruin your moment.

Judging your daughters appearence from birth. Wow.

I don't think OP is ashamed of her. Knowing people constantly laugh at her daughter makes her want to protect her and not give them even more of an chance to laugh at her. She's being protective- not ashamed.
