Today, I found out the guy that my girlfriend introduced as her brother was actually her boyfriend. I also paid for him to come out with us to the movies several times. FML

Did anybody else notice the fml reads "paid for him to come out to us" - I'm hoping that's meant to say "paid for him to come out with us" otherwise this fml takes on a whole new meaning and OP is in a different kind of trouble :-/

The only way I can interpret it to make sense is that the "brother" came along, and op paid for him just to be nice. At first it sounded like op paid the "brother" so that the "brother" would go with them.
