Today, my boss came over to my desk and struck up a casual conversation about movies. After a while, he sat on the edge of my desk, nodded toward my chest, and said in the same casual, lighthearted tone, "And nice cleavage today. Keep that up." FML

It makes me a sad panda hearing about this stuff. You really need to talk to human resources, or this persons direct supervisor. SOONER rather than later or your complaint lacks credibility. Even if you liked it, that guy is a son of a bitch and nobody should have to put up with that in the workplace.

Lol, us men would love to be complimented like that: "nice **** by the way. Keep that up" would only happen if your supervisor is a gay man. Although he may have meant to be complimenting her, I think the OP would have preferred it if he had complimented her face...
