YDI for thinking your boyfriend would want a spa day, that's more something he should have bought you
YDI for being with a guy for THREE YEARS and still not knowing spas aren't his thing.
oh shucks. time for plan b sweetheart. use this spa for your mum/sis/bestfriend and just plan a fun day out for the both of u (and a sexy night in) that will be enough fr him (; hope everything goes ok
a spa day.. after 3 years?! really..? YDI
geez seriously...get him an airsoft gun or a slingshot or something, make him a sandwhich and give him a BJ. most guys are NOT ROMANTIC! they can be for very small spans of time, but not all the time and that will NEVER CHANGE! romantic events are a chore we do because we like to see you happy. We don't fully enjoy stuff like that! You could find something he likes, maybe pro driving lessons or some sort of mechanical or woodworking shop, then say that if he goes to the spa with you you'll go to something he likes. or if you are friends with another couple, organize things so you and the other couple buys their respective partners stuff for the same events, the guys go do their thing and the girls the other things.
He is a guy! I would expect you to know him that well after three years. Has he EVER liked Spa Days while you guys are going out? YDI
maybe, he knew...and was just kidding to freak you out?
You really should have known better. Men don't feel the same way about spas as women do. Most men/most women, that is. After three years, you should have a better idea of what he would actually like a lot. Sounds like this is something YOU would like. (I would, too!) But that's not the point of a gift, is it?
pshhh.... For ANY guy who thinks a spa is girly obviously has a low sense of self worth when it comes to their sense of their sexuality. There are a ton of spas that are opening just to cater to a man's needs you bunch of shut ins, (and it isn't just for gay men.) To keep in mind it is a centre for wellness and stress relief, and it shows that a man knows how to really take care of themselves. However... "men" in particular (among many stupid people of the world) love to stay in the comfort of their ignorance... It could be a higher class thing too... I know a ton of REAL men who aren't afraid of the staples that trashy lower class loser men like to put on everything to make themselves feel like THE MAN. hahaha....

FYL for already paying for it, but YDI for not knowing what he likes.
Take your best friend and get him something else and just don't tell him about your original idea. It's not that big of a deal. P.S. You'd think after 3 years you'd know if he liked spa days or not.
