Sorry but you sound super shallow. My boyfriend has bad dandruff as well but he tries his best to take care of it from medicated shampoos to home remedies. Don't dismiss her so quickly.

Seems like a bunch of dudes are commenting on here. It's most likely hair-spray. Dandruff doesn't go all out and crazy when you touch your hair but hair spray is pretty intense especially if you just brushed it.
