Put it this way, if the person you were next to on the bus started going into a deep conversation about their sex life, would you not be grossed out? What if they were your brother? Or twice your age? My parents have told me that there's a time and a place for everything, and there's also common courtesy where you keep certain things private when you're in a public place. Also, the guy you're bragging about probably wouldn't appreciate it either if he suddenly overheard it. Bragging about your sex life isn't just unattractive and it's down right disgusting, it's disrespectful to the person you had it with, and also to everyone who happened to overhear you. As to how the person saying this might be his mother, have you considered that maybe the OP and this guys mother lived in a small town? I've run into my friends parents on the bus several times.
