Today, I'm at work as a security guard. At a morgue. Why am I here? FML

WRT the OP's education: you have no idea. My friend has two degrees in fields that WERE in demand before cutbacks, and he works somewhere making less than half of what he will make when he lands a job in his field.

I hate it when folks assume that people in positions like the OP's are un-or-under educated. I'm about to get a Master's degree in a field I was guaranteed work in when I started my bachelor's, and now I'm not positive that I'll be able to get a job in my field at all. This guy does need to stop bitching, though. He became a security guard by choice, even if it wasn't his first choice. Most places pay security guards pretty well, too. I'd love to have his job, if I can't get one in my field. It would be cake, assuming you're not afraid of dead bodies.

I wanna start singing the monster mash but that was at a graveyard :( maybe morgues are more trendy these days?

I'd love to work as a security guard at a morgue. I bet the people there really keep to themselves.

Oh, you'd be surprised what people will steal.

The Rev says you should have made better choices in school, like showing up.

or better yet, haven't you seen Bad Boys? they inserted the coke in the dead body.

i'm sure that If you start going to work disguised as your profile pic you'll get more action, dragon

Just be grateful that this is one job you can't screw up too much. No matter how badly you do, you can always say, "No one ever died on my watch." ;)
