YDI. My friend did this at Pizza Hut once, only as the customer. Later that night a very deep voice called his phone and asked why he was hitting on his fiancee. We haven't gone back since.
If this one isn't fake and if she is a regular customer, he'll have to face her repeatedly after this. Haha! Delicious.
"I mustered up the courage to ask her out." No you didn't But really, unless she actually saw you write your number on the dollar, she probably wasn't rejecting you...she was just giving you a tip. If I saw a number on my change, I wouldn't automatically assume that it was the cashier hitting on me. FYL, you overreact.
She Rejected you in a easier way by pretending that she had no idea there was something written on that dollar bill be happy she didnt smile and be like ha no...just kidding better luck next time
pretty arrogant of you, especially as you hadn't spoken.
be lucky she didn't take the dollar & spend it. some punk ass 7th graders would be calling you all night.
but that dollar travels everywhere, so anyone can get ur number

If someone came up to you and just wordlessly handed you their phonenumber, would you really be inclined to call them? I don't see how this is considered a reasonable strategy for asking someone out. Surely asking for their phone number is a better way to show interest, because honestly just expecting some stranger to call you because you gave them your number is a bit arrogant.
That's a really great way to make some extra cash. Keep it up.
