Didn't you have a walk through before closing? It's illegal to remove the stove in the US Dumbass
He lives in New Zealand. You would know that if you could read, dumbass.
1) always leave yourself 3 months bills worth of money when buying a house 2) always state what is staying in a purchase agreement I just bought a house and everything down to the curtains was in the agreement. If anything was missing it would have been a breach of contract which is punishable by law.
That's like buying a car offline workout ever seeing it... You deserved it...
If you can't cook, you won't eat, and therefore you won't need a toilet. I don't see the problem here.
I know that is complete shit, BUT I still have to say ydi considering try made the biggest purchase you can make completely blindly.
Why the hell wouldn't you do a walk through of the home before purchasing? Would you buy a car without a test ride, retard?
Talk to your agent that you work with when you bought the house if it wasn't excluded from the contract it comes with the house!!!!so if it wasn't mentioned that the previous owner wanted the oven/ toilet etc then you have a breach of contract and it rightfully would have come with the sale
