Today, being the prank couple that we are, I decided to mess with my husband. When he got off work, I said, "The lady from your office called and said she was pregnant. From you." He immediately broke down crying, and said, "I knew it." Turns out, my fetus already has a sibling. FML

I'm very confused, no where does it say that she's pregnant. I mean I guess it could be interpreted that way, but the way I read it was that the pretend fetus she made up for the joke has a sibling, who is real.

Yeah, I read it as OP's husband already has a kid with this woman from work and now he's about to have another, which is what was meant by the fetus having a sibling.
