1. That kinda sucks . 2. You must be reeeally bad with tech stuff . 3. They must get a lot of people who require help, if he said that to you, you mustve been preeettttty dumb. 4. Or he's just an impatiant mofo. :)
Wow... Seriously? you went through the process step by step and you still couldn't get it. Either, the Technical specialist you spoke with is entirely correct, that you are "A ******* idiot." or there is something wrong with your browser. Run some updates, get a new version of IE or something like that, either there is something wrong with your computer 1 way or another, or you truly are an idiot.
How do you know that that particular call center records calls? It could be two guys and a phone at her school.
Problem exists between chair and keyboard. Kudos to the tech guy for realizing it, too bad it took him an hour.
Complain. Talk to a boss or someone important.
Wtf? He has issues.
I work as a helpdesk agent and, trust me, there are people who really deserve this kind of statement. You can't tell them that, obviously, but they deserve it. Once I've spent 15 minutes explaining to a guy where "Enter" is. I mean, if you can't figure it out for the first dozen times, you're a complete idiot. As for you, YDI. You're probably just stupid.
