Today, I called Tech Support because the computer program wouldn't let me open files for my online classes. After an hour, and being walked through the downloading process multiple times. There was a pause and he said, "You're a fucking idiot." and hung up. It still won't work. FML

I have to deal with morons like you on a daily bases at my job. It's reasons like this why I always say people need to be licensed to operate a computer at home. If you can't do the simplest tasks on one like telling me what the hell your operating system is, you have no reason to own one. Learn to operate a damn computer and stop making us hold your damn hand when you have no clue what you're doing!

If I was the tech support guy, I would have said "okay, I know this will work, all you have to do is.." and hang up as if the phone disconnected. lol! That way, he can get off the line without hurting your feel goods, and not get fired...
