Not so tech savvy

Today, I called Tech Support because the computer program wouldn't let me open files for my online classes. After an hour, and being walked through the downloading process multiple times. There was a pause and he said, "You're a fucking idiot." and hung up. It still won't work. FML

This is why I hate tech support. Most of the representatives suck and don't know how to use computers and they all have thick Indian accents. The accents really piss me off. "Reboot the what? Download the what?"

i work tech support for medical software and i have to agree most of the people have no idea how to run a computer. i've wanted to call people idiots more than not, so you probably deserved it.
