Not so tech savvy

Today, I called Tech Support because the computer program wouldn't let me open files for my online classes. After an hour, and being walked through the downloading process multiple times. There was a pause and he said, "You're a fucking idiot." and hung up. It still won't work. FML

you know, if after an hour and multiple explainations you still dont get it... hes probably right

Some people have the patience and mood to help out a damsel in distress, and some people don't. In all fairness, the guy did spend a whole hour trying to help the OP, but in the end it turned out to be the wrong CD to begin with. There's only so much a person can take before they snap, whether they're having a bad day or not.

I know how it feels to have customers irritate and piss me off, but if you work in customer service you should never disrespect a person like that. :/

Did you try turning it off and on again?
