That is terrible! If I were you, I'd call the police. That's what you get for being ethical. );
That person must have very bad anger issues! You did the right thing OP.
People like you make me think 'faith in humanity restored' but people like them make me feel 'nvm'
I'm just glad that they weren't there when you hit them. God only knows what they would have done to You if they were.
I really hope you managed to keep a record of their number plate OP, that really really sucks and you do not deserve it at all :-(
That would have been wise even if op's car hadn't been vandalized. The other driver may not have had insurance. I'm not sure how the law works in op's state, but it's illegal to not have coverage where I am. Hindsight can be a real bitch.
No one deserves that. I can't believe people can be that cruel. I'm actually scared something similar to op's case will ever happen to me
How incredibly rude! If they try to claim against them though you can claim against them once you have their insurance details, TAKE THEM DOWN
Call the police.
THIS taught me that if something like this happens to me... I'll just move the car instead!
Time to find them and make them pay in more than one way.
Oh...you meant pay for dinner as well. Got it.
I'm wondering how much damage was done to their car to get them that worked up about it. Either way that's a really messed up move. Call the cops and let them deal with the situation.
Some people just don't deal with anger very well.
Some people flip out over relatively trivial stuff like a scratch in the paint or a broken taillight.
Personally I would've left a note as well but instead listing my phone number. Alto ugh this really sucks, you did the right thing op.
not really unless its a land line, cell phones don't trace out unless u have phone company access, and even then when they triangulate the signal it only gives u a few block radius not a pinpoint location, unless u tap the GPS chip all phones have
Not Okay! I suggest you get the cops involved, hope it goes well! ^_^
So, next time OP accidentally dents the neighboring car, he breaks their windshield, slashes their tires, and spray paints on the hood?
