#14 or desperate for attention... #50 don't try to make it up to her: it's unscrewable.
Thats a compliment. It means they see you as a friend, rater than as someone to shag.
And I quote: "how come guys think it's ok to complain about being placed in the "friends" category, but are wondering about why a girl is annoyed about the same thing?" Pretty simple answer: because when a girl says it, she means "there's no way we're going to have sex, ever." When a guy says it, he means "You're like one of the guys. But if you showed up naked in my bed, I'd ride you all the way home." As others have noted, being in the "friend zone" is different for guys and girls. For guys, it's a surefire recipe for frustration. For ladies, it's mystery, romance, and foreplay -- because it's almost guaranteed that they could hook up with the target if they wished. Personally, I hooked up with a few of "the guys" in college -- and they certainly weren't guys when I had my hands on'em =). Understand now? We understand why she's annoyed -- we just know that she's wrong.
haha they might say that, but after a night out and you're in their bed - they won't blink.
as a guy, let me tell you that asking a question like that in front of a group of guys makes you seem like a desperate *****.
My thoughts exactly.
Agreeing with 1 7 10 11 17 etc - this is a good thing. It means that they care enough about you that if you did something as crazy as that all of a sudden, they would not take advantage of you. It doesn't necessarily mean that they don't also like you in a number of other ways.
#3 whahahaha #21 I agree with you.
Yes. I agree that the "just friends"/"one of the guys" label sucks. Personally i don't have that problem. I get hit on every day and i think that sucks just as much. I have to fight for the title of "one of the guys." I don't understand why relationships have to be so complicated and unfulfilling. Guys are complaining that when they're "just friends" with a girl and she considers him cute they have no chance of even hooking up with her. They don't realize how much it sucks to be a girl who has to have an emotional connection with a guy for anything to happen. Girls have a chance to hook up with their guy friends but they (or at least I) require them to actually be committed for anything to happen. Otherwise it's just a hookup and that ends badly and will ruin the friendship.
Keywords
As a guy, let me tell you that that is one of the best compliments you can receive.
Well, would you rather them think of you as a piece of ass instead of as a friend? Take it as a compliment... Unless the "fml" part is that you've got the hots for your friends or something.
