Today, while on my driving test, the guy told me to pull over and do a U-turn. A few minutes later, he asked me to do another one. After the test, he said I'd failed because the second U-turn was illegal, and I should have refused to comply. I didn't know they're even allowed do that. FML

Why would he let you take an illegal turn, or even suggest it in the first place? Sounds to me like someone has to reread their job description

I had a tester who was like that so i drove home and made him walk back

I hope he sent you the taxi bill. And that daddy didn't pay it for you.

Im not sure where you live but here in KY, they are not allowed to try and trick you like that. Id report him if possible.

Well then it's good to know that 999 of 1000 people do NOT live in Kentucky.

He would then maybe have dumped you for not complying.. Sorry OP, feel for you

Not sure where the OP is from but I've never heard of that over in the UK.

I over heard someone in OK failing theirs cause the instructor told them to turn into a do not enter but they should have went down to the next entrance and turned in legally.

They're NOT allowed to do that. What he did was illegal. Report his ass.

Fight that OP I don't know what state your in but in Cali they can't do that, it just isn't fair!!! Talk to the guy in charge!!!

They will trick you as part of the test. You're supposed to pay attention to the road signs and say no when it's illegal. At least I knew that when I was taking my test.

Ohio BMV tried that on me when I first got my license. I told her that I couldn't at that spot. I would have to find another way. she did OK that's fine
