Today, I got fired from my job. My manager found Facebook pictures of me drinking underage at a party. He said he didn't want "that kind of image" associated with the business. It was his birthday party. He supplied the booze. FML

yeah but OP you made the choice to drink the booze and therefore ydi just because something is supplied at a party does not mean you have to eat or drink it something being there doesn't mean you must eat or drink it you still had a choice and you're getting the consequences for making a bad choice besides alot of people take pictures at parties like that and yes they do post them on facebook you should have been more aware of your surroundings besides you should know that now a days employers check their employees facebook accounts regularly

Doesn't matter who supplied the booze, you should know better. On the other hand, you can get him in legal trouble for supplying alcohol to underage... anyways YDI.

so what is he supposed to do babysit her?! through the entire party?! uh no....OP should have known better not only that but OP's boss is probably over 21 therefore it is NOT illegal for him to supply alcohol at a party when the boss probably expected the majority to be over 21 not only that but considering the fact that it was a party im 100% sure they had other beverages there for the OP to choose from i dont care what anyone says OP is 100% responsible

If you are underage and your boss supplied you alcohol that is illegal. call the cops on his ass.
