Shouldn't have put the pictures on Facebook then. Better yet, shouldn't have been drinking underage in the first place. Problem solved.

Uh, duh. You put the evidence up on Facebook, and he wants you gone. That's a no-brainer.

I'm with everyone else on this one; just because there's booze doesn't mean you should drink it, especially if you're underage. But even if you are of-age, that doesn't mean you should drink it. Personally, I would never get drunk around my boss as, like the boss said, it produces a bad image. What if you have to drive home, or you have an alcohol problem? If you choose to drink anyway, and you make an ass out of yourself, and then post pictures of it on the internet, then by all means, YDI. Get drunk at a relative/friend's party, not where whatever you say/do could potentially result in something terrible happening, such as losing your job.

So lets see, you posted a picture of you doing something illegal, and you then cry because it came back to bite you in the ass? Sorry but this is exactly why I tell my kids to NEVER put pictures or to brag about what they did on the internet.

I don't know why ydi isn't winning.. He may have provided the alcohol but he never said "hey, make it public that you're drinking"
