Today, I accidentally ran a stop sign. It wouldn't have been so bad if the stop sign hadn't been in a traffic cop's hands. FML

I once got pulled over for running a stop sign...except I didn't run the stop sign. I knew that there was a police officer 1.5 blocks behind me so I made dually sure that I came to a complete stop. My only mistake was braking so smoothly that when I came to a stop the car didn't rock back like most people do when they stop so it looked like I slowed down and then rolled through it. He didn't write me a ticket though.

Similar thing happened to my boyfriend during his road test. He was making a right turn on a red light and didn't come to a complete stop, so the instructor failed him instantly for "running a red light".

Well i guess y'all just have the tightest ass holes ever cause i see people do it all the time I've done it before not screwing around or texting or on my phone at all just driving got in the zone and didn't even notice until my passenger said **** that red light and started laughing.

If you 'get in the zone' while driving and miss red lights you probably should not be driving. Strange as this may sound those lights and signs are there for a reason. That aside OP ran a stop sign held by a police officer.... not only did they completely miss a stop sign but an actual person holding it. Where I am if an office is directing traffic they are on the road and there a reason. missing a person with a big red sign seems to be pretty dangerous.

Why did #78 get sip many dislikes she was just telling #72 to calm down... I agree I think #72 is getting a little to worked up about OP's post I mean he's so angry that he is spelling basically every word wrong or the word is missing one or more letters.
