Might be a **** and balls set up, because just **** rings aren't usually leather anymore. They're generally elastic so that they can be tight enough to stop the ejaculation (and thus maintain the erection) without completely cutting off all circulation, and elastic expands enough to do this perfectly. Leather doesn't have as much give to it. **** and ball ones are often leather though (and with studs, etc), because they're for a different purpose (primarily to 'present' them and to look good/feel interesting rather than maintain the erection). I can't imagine anyone other than an infant having a wrist small enough for a **** ring. Even a really BIG **** ring...and I've seen some monsters. :) Jeez I feel like I should have a 'THE MORE YOU KNOW' logo under my post. ;)

Ok for every single person that commented on this that clearly doesn't know much about **** rings, there is a leather **** ring with snaps that are used for adjustments, they unsnap and can be made to be pretty big, some could even fit around a persons neck, so it is completely possible that she could be wearing this leather **** ring, it is not used for the **** and balls, it is not elastic, it is leather and can be worn as a bracelet, ya know, if your into that.
